The rights organizations IFPI, Gramo, Norwaco and TONO have been ordered by the Norwegian Tax Directorate to collect VAT on taxable remuneration. TONO is a collective management organization that licenses collectively, not individually. In order to comply with the regulations, TONO has been registered in the Value Added Tax Register, and will start collecting VAT on all remuneration from 1 January 2022.
At Thursday's webinar, TONO will explain the background to the change and what it means for customers and members of TONO. Arrangements will be made for webinar participants to ask questions. Please note that you must be logged in with a Google account to be able to ask questions.
