is a trained sociologist and is head of the Department of Musicology at the University of Oslo. Bjørkås has worked with research and analysis in the field of culture and music for twenty years. He has previously been head of MIC (Music Information Centre Norway) and worked as a research manager at the Norwegian Arts Council.

runs the internationally renowned record label Smalltown Supersound with artists such as Lindstrøm and Annie in the stable. Haugland also works as head booker for by:Larm. Previously he was A&R for Voices Music.

has extensive experience as a manager and strategist for a number of major Norwegian artists in the field of popular music. Until recently, she was the manager of Alexander Rybak. Synnes works for the agency Bepopmentometer, which represents everything from Susanne Sundfør to Smoke Mohawk.

is a composer, performance artist and former trumpeter. He is one of the country's most famous composers in the field of contemporary music - also abroad. Wallin combines freely computer-generated systems and mathematical formulas with intuitive approaches. His repertoire includes both instrumental and electroacoustic works, absolute music and stage music.
