TONO's extraordinary annual meeting is being held today

Today, Tuesday 1 September at 5:00 PM, TONO's extraordinary annual meeting will be held. It will be held as a hybrid meeting, with the possibility of participation both physically and digitally. The physical event will take place at Sentralen in Øvre Slottsgate 3, and is now fully booked. The doors will open at 4:00 PM.

Members with voting rights can still participate digitally by registering via the annual meeting portal.

It is also possible to follow the meeting together with other TONO members at live streaming events in the TONO house in Kongens gate 12 in Oslo and at the Room in Georgernes Verft 10 in Bergen. Remember that participation in these events requires both digital registration for the annual meeting and registration for it physical event.

All annual meeting documents are available on the annual meeting portal. tono.meetando.noOn Monday, August 31, an additional document was published with clarifications to the board's proposal regarding board composition and cultural funds, as well as updated information documents regarding the nomination committee and the allocation instructions for cultural funds.

At the annual meeting, members will consider proposals for amendments to the statutes related to, among other things, TONO's purpose, board composition, cultural funds, advance voting and other provisions.

Remember that you need a mobile phone and/or PC to be able to ask for the floor and vote in the polls. This applies to all participants, both physically and digitally.

The decisions from the annual meeting will be published on tono.no after the meeting has concluded.
