The annual accounts show that TONO's revenues increased by 14% in 2009 and profit for distribution increased by 18%. The amount set aside for distribution is NOK 50 million higher than last year. The cost ratio for 2009 was a historically low 14,88%.
The annual meeting approved the board's report and annual accounts for 2009.
No board members were up for election this year, but the board chair and vice chair are elected from among the board members each year. The annual meeting re-elected Åse Hedstrøm (NKF) as chair and Leif Dramstad (NMFF) as vice chair.
