TONO's annual meeting and elections to governing bodies

TONO's annual meeting will be held on May 30 at 5:00 PM at the Literature House in Oslo. If you are a TONO shareholder and wish to stand for election, or have suggestions for other candidates, you can notify TONO by Friday, March 3 at 4:00 PM.

The following elections will be held this year:

• Five board members (2 years), see § 30, cf. §§ 28
• Six alternate representatives to the board (2 years)
• Control Committee with personal deputies (2 years), cf. Section 53
• Two representatives with personal belongings to TONO's scholarship committee (2 years), cf. § 58 (2) b
• Election Committee with personal deputies (2 years), cf. Section 24 (1)

TONO's election committee consists of: Lars Martin Myhre (NOPA), Kristin Andersen (MF), Nils Henrik Asheim (NKF) and Hanna Paulsberg (free space/NOPA)

If you are a member of the cooperative TONO SA and have suggestions for candidates that you would like to include, please contact one of the committee members or Helene Rognøy, tel. 22 05 72 00, by Friday, March 3rd at 16 p.m. There is also the opportunity to stand for election by bench proposal at the annual meeting.
