TONO's annual meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting at Popsenteret in Oslo, but with the option of full digital participation from home, on Wednesday 8 June at 6:00 p.m. Invitations to the annual meeting were sent to members of the cooperative TONO SA on 25 May.
/ 26/05/2022 / Willy MartinsenAs announced in the invitation, the annual meeting will be held at Popsenteret, not Sentralen as originally informed on tono.no and in an email on February 15. There will also be full opportunity to participate in the annual meeting digitally, without being physically present at Popsenteret.
As described in the invitation, there will be room for approximately 120 annual meeting participants at the Pop Center. Because it is a venue with a limited number of seats, "first come, first served"-principle. If you as a shareholder or proxy holder wish to participate physically, it is therefore important that you pre-register as soon as possible. All information about this, as well as instructions, information about proxies, etc., is included in the invitation sent to TONO shareholders.
