TONO's annual meeting will be held on June 6th.

TONO's 2023 annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 6 at 6:00 PM at Popsenteret. There will also be an opportunity to participate digitally ("hybrid meeting"). If you are eligible to vote in TONO and wish to run for election, or have suggestions for other candidates, it would be nice if this was reported to TONO by March 7 at 12:00 PM.

The following elections will be held this year:

Four board members (2 years) and four deputy members (2 years), cf. Sections 28, 30 and 31 and the Cooperatives Act Section 69 (1), point 5.
Chairman (1 year) and deputy chairman (1 year), cf. §§ 30 (5) and 31 (4)
Five members (2 years) with personal deputies (2 years) to TONO's control committee, cf. § 53 (1)-(3)
Three members (2 years) with personal deputies (2 years) to the scholarship committee, cf. § 58 (2) b
Four members (2 years) with personal deputies to the election committee, cf. Section 24 (1) and (3)

Only members with voting rights may be elected to positions of trust in TONO, cf. § 9.

TONO's election committee consists of Dag Erik Knedal Andersen (independent), Åshild Watne, advisor (NOPA)[1], Kristin Andersen (MF) and Klaus Sandvik (NKF).

There is also the opportunity to stand for election by bench proposal at the annual meeting.

[1] NOPA's representative, Lars Martin Myhre, chose to resign from his position after the annual meeting on June 8, 2022. Åshild Watne was therefore, at the suggestion of NOPA, supplemented as an "advisor" when Myhre's deputy was not able to take over this year's committee work.
