TONO's annual meeting May 31, 2016: Election of board representatives

Are you a TONO shareholder and would like to stand for election at the 2016 annual meeting, or do you have specific suggestions for other candidates for positions of trust?

The following elections will be held this year:

• Four board members (2 years)is TONO's statutes 30, cf. §§ 28
• Four alternate representatives to the board (2 years)

TONO's election committee consists of: Jan Paulsen (Music Publishers), Lars Martin Myhre (NOPA), Nils Henrik Asheim (NKF) and Hanna Paulsberg (Fri plass).

There is also the opportunity to stand for election by bench proposal at the annual meeting.
