If you are a voting member of TONO, you received an invitation to TONO's annual meeting by email on May 13. If you would like to participate, please register as soon as possible.
/ 18/05/2026 / Willy MartinsenTONO's 2026 annual meeting will be held on June 9 at 5:00 PM at Sentralen at Øvre Slottsgate 3 in Oslo. The meeting will also be held digitally, with the option of full participation from home. Doors open at 4:00 PM.
The invitation sent to TONO members with voting rights on May 13th includes the agenda, information on how to register, how to delegate and receive a proxy, and how to use the digital annual meeting portal.
We would like to point out that a mobile phone or laptop must be used to place yourself on the voting list and to participate in voting, also in the physical meeting at Sentralen.
Among the matters to be discussed at the annual meeting are proposals for amendments to TONO's statutes. This includes, among other things, advance voting, changes to the composition of the election committee, the control committee and the board, and restructuring the structure for cultural funds. In order to provide annual meeting participants with a sufficient understanding of the matters, two information meetings will also be held. Information about these is also included in the annual meeting invitation.
Please register your participation in the technical annual meeting solution as soon as possible. We ask this for the sake of the practical implementation of the meeting. It is also important that you, who will be giving or carrying a proxy, register as soon as possible.
It is also important to be aware that there is a limited number of seats at Sentralen. If you register too late, all seats may be taken, so you will have to participate digitally from home. Please see your annual meeting invitation for details regarding registration.
