TONO's annual meeting will be held today at 18 pm at Sentralan. The meeting will follow the same hybrid solution as before, with the possibility of participation both physically in Oslo and online.
/ 10/06/2025 / Kristian DugstadTONO's annual meeting will be held today, Tuesday 10 June at 18:00, at Sentralen at Øvre Slottsgate 3 in Oslo. Voting members who can participate have received an invitation by email.
TONO first announced the annual meeting on February 17, and then sent an invitation by email on May 27. All annual meeting documents are available for download for annual meeting participants on TONO's annual meeting portal.
In order to facilitate the practical implementation of the annual meeting, you will help the administration by pre-registering if you wish to participate. You will find information about this in the email invitation you have been sent. Also remember that regardless of whether you will participate physically or digitally, you will need a mobile phone and/or PC to be able to put yourself on the voting list, vote in elections and so on.
Four board members (2 years) and four deputy members (2 years), cf. Sections 28, 30 and 31 and the Cooperatives Act Section 69 (1), point 5.
Chairman (1 year) and deputy chairman (1 year), cf. §§ 30 (5) and 31 (4)
Four members (2 years) with personal goods (2 years) to the scholarship committee, cf. § 58 (2) b
Five members (2 years) with personal deputies (2 years) to the control committee, cf. Section 53 (1)-(3)
Four members (2 years) with personal deputies (2 years) to the election committee, cf. § 24 (1) and (3)
Only members with voting rights may be elected to positions of trust in TONO, cf. Section 9 (1).
