This summer, TONO was in the media with a call to artists and concert organizers. It was that everyone is responsible for submitting their repertoire after an event. The call is repeated here.
/ 19/09/2007 / codexBasically, it is the responsible organizer who is obliged to submit a music report after an event. The only problem is that in most cases the organizer does not know what has been played. However, the artist does, and is obliged to submit a repertoire list either to the organizer or directly to TONO. Everyone involved therefore has a responsibility to report performed repertoire to TONO.
We prefer that artists send their music report directly to us, then we are sure that it will appear. The call is clear
