Through TONO's trainee program, we offer graduates an opportunity to develop both professionally and personally by working closely with the core of the Norwegian music industry. Our trainees will gain experience from several parts of the TONO organization, and practice their professional knowledge through varied work assignments within different disciplines.

The tasks in TONO's trainee program do not require specific professional education and span a wide range of disciplines. We are therefore looking for newly graduated economists, engineers, lawyers, communicators, technologists and political scientists, and more.
Through the trainee program, you will be able to rotate between different departments in TONO, for example, marketing, member services, development, legal, finance, IT, communications or HR. In the various departments, you will be able to participate in and have partial responsibility for projects within, among other things, business development and digitalization, and otherwise contribute to TONO's digital transformation.
We are looking for you as:
- Just graduated from college/university
- Have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree
- Have good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English
- Able to deal with many different stakeholders with a service-oriented attitude and good work capacity.
- Be inclusive and motivating in your form of collaboration.
- Is ambitious on behalf of both himself and the organization.
- Think ahead, are self-driven, analytical and proactive, and have the ability to challenge us in the further development of our business.
- Wants to contribute to an interdisciplinary environment working in a market undergoing rapid technological change, and therefore thrives both with independent work and working in a team.
- Ability to handle sometimes hectic days and varied tasks
