Shareholders are invited to an extraordinary annual meeting

The extraordinary annual meeting will be held at Sentralen on September 27 at 6 pm, and will be conducted as a hybrid meeting with the option to participate physically or digitally. Doors open at 5:15 pm.

The invitation sent out contains information on how to register, how to delegate power of attorney, how to use the service, as well as case documents. We would like to point out that, also in the physical meeting at Sentralen, mustn't Mobile phones are used to get on the voting list and to participate in voting.

Please register your participation in the technical solution as soon as possible for the practical implementation of the meeting, and preferably before 12 noon on the day of the meeting, September 27th. This also applies to those who will be holding a power of attorney on behalf of others. You must be registered as a guest in the system to be searchable by the person you have agreed to hold a power of attorney for.
