TONO in streaming panel

TONO's group association NOPA has a "Music Forum" with monthly events. On Wednesday, September 25, streaming is on the agenda, and TONO's online director Inger Elise Mey will participate in the panel debate, which will take place at Blå in Oslo at 19 pm.

Streaming is emerging as the undisputed winner in the music consumer market, and the Nordic region is about five years ahead of the rest of the world. Criticism and irritation have been expressed among artists, songwriters and labels. After all, isn't it only megahits and huge back catalogues that make real earnings possible? And what about the so-called "Norwegian share"?

The debate will highlight opportunities and challenges in the current and future streaming market. After the conversation, the audience will be invited to ask questions, share their views and comment. The panel will consist of Marte Thorsby (IFPI), Erik Brataas (Phonofile), Larry Bringsjord (FONO), Jonas Howden Sjøvaag (Subradar) and TONO's Inge Elise Mey. The moderator will be Torgny Amdam. Admission is free.
