The platform is one of the world's largest social media platforms, with a very large proportion of younger users. This is an audience that is important for TONO to reach.
– TONO has an aggressive attitude towards communicating and using new platforms. It is important for us to be back where the songwriters of the future are. On TikTok we hope to reach young music creators, both those who are already TONO members and those who should become members, says Willy Martinsen, Communications Director at TONO.
