Were your works played on the radio last fall? Or maybe they have been streamed on Spotify or Tidal? Then you will receive a settlement from TONO today.
/ 18/03/2016 / codexTONO settles this week for performances on Norwegian radio and television in the third quarter of 2015, performances abroad, Netflix for the third quarter of 2014, Discovery channels, Animal Planet and TLC for January-September 2015 and various post-payments, direct payments and adjustments. In total, this is about kr 60,7 million, of which kr 28,7 million is paid to members of TONO, kr 31,1 million to rights holders abroad and kr 0,9 million is reserved for unidentified rights holders/musical works and for disputed rights.
In addition to the settlement from TONO, 5,7 million has been settled to TONO's members from NCB/NMP. This includes Beat.no for the third quarter of 2015, Google Play for the third quarter of 2015, iTunes for the second quarter of 2015, Microsoft X-box for the third quarter of 2015, Spotify for August-November 2015 and Tidal/WiMP for August 2015.
TONO members can view their balance and all movements in their member account at any time on My TONO. Settlement letters have been sent directly to all members who have received a settlement.
