Seed supplements is given to publishers that are in the establishment phase and have not received a settlement from TONO in the previous year. Publishers that are no longer in the start-up phase can apply for money for a project through the scheme project grant.
You can apply for money for travel, sheet music publications, export-related projects, songwriting camps, workshops, and the creation of new works and lyrics, and the marketing of works, authors, or music publishers.
The music publishers is one of three group associations in TONO. Together with Norwegian Composers' Association (NKF) og NOPA They have permanent seats on TONO's board, and other committees and committees. These three organizations also manage large parts of TONO's cultural assets to create value for all members.
The music publishers' grant schemes are financed by cultural funds and are intended to help Norwegian music publishers and their authors within all genres and music publishing segments strengthen their activities nationally and internationally.
