We would like to remind you that everyone who has the right to vote in the cooperative TONO SA is invited to an information meeting on June 7th at 14 pm. The meeting is a preliminary meeting to the annual meeting on June 11th.
/ 06/06/2024 / Willy MartinsenIf you have voting rights in the cooperative TONO SA, you received an invitation by email on May 28 to TONO's annual meeting on June 11. There was also information that TONO will hold an information meeting beforehand, on June 7 from 14-16 p.m.
The information meeting is being held because TONO's board and administration want to provide ample information to members in connection with TONO's new concert tariff and new billing model, in addition to the information that was sent out with the annual meeting papers.
CEO Karl Vestli, Chairman of the Board Jørgen Karlstrøm, Head of Settlement Elin Heer and Marketing Director Tommy Tangløkken will participate in the meeting and explain the changes. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, which will be read out and answered at the meeting.
As we wrote in the invitation to the annual meeting, we encourage everyone who wants to attend TONO's annual meeting to also participate in the digital information meeting.
