Several of Music Norway's grant schemes have a deadline of next Sunday, March 1st.
/ 24/02/2020 / Kristian DugstadMusic Norway is the export office for Norwegian music. The foundation is run by the Ministry of Culture and distributes money each year through a number of grant schemes to facilitate music exports.
The permanent grant schemes have multiple application deadlines during the year. For several of them, the first application deadline is March 1.
Travel allowance for performers and creators – deadline March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1.
– Applications can be made for travel and accommodation costs for international concert activities, meetings and co-writes.

Organizer subsidy scheme for Press and expert visits, songwriter gatherings and International delegate programs at festivals – deadline March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1.
– Grants can be applied for for visits by foreign media and industry to arenas in Norway.
– For delegate programs in the first half of the year, the application deadline of December 1st can be used.

Industry subsidies for marketing initiatives, meetings and ground contact – deadline 1. every month.
– The support apparatus can apply for grants for the purchase of PR and marketing services from third parties for launches and/or tours abroad, expenses in connection with business-oriented meeting activities, as well as longer work stays in one and the same territory.
