In the fall of 2023, TONO purchased Kongens Gate 12. A beautiful office building in Kvadraturen. Here we are further developing the building with a vision of creating a vibrant office building that will both accommodate modern office space and great event facilities. The building will be a home for employees of TONO and other affiliated businesses and at the same time become a gathering place for TONO's members and the Norwegian music industry.

We are now looking for an energetic landlord/manager who can juggle many things at once. Someone who enjoys being "hands on" and who can take the practical responsibility of preparing and coordinating all the house's functions.

We are looking for a present, results-oriented, experienced, energetic and service-minded landlord/manager who will have overall responsibility for the building's operations, and also be a liaison for the building's tenants. The right candidate is good at communicating, is committed to creating good guest experiences and wants to help start up and further develop our beautiful building into a meeting place for the building's guests and residents.

High quality is expected of our service offering so that the house becomes a well-known gathering place in Oslo for our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the building's common functions (reception, meeting room center/booking, member facilities, janitorial services, canteen/bar, rental contact person)
• Ensure good quality in the operation of the house's facilities
• Follow-up on service agreements, complaints, ongoing maintenance
• Organization and administration, cleaning/equipment, telephone, management of access to rooms/areas, furnishing various needs, IT systems
• Responsibility for coordinating and ensuring good set-up/tear-down at events
• Be responsible for all tenant agreements
• Operational responsibility for the operations team, including training and follow-up
• Possible result and budget responsibility for parts of the activities in KG12
• HSE work
