The Norwegian Composers' Association invites anyone who wishes to publish and/or make musical works available to the public to apply for printing support. The deadline is September 1.

The scheme is open to all composers and professional publishers who wish to make a musical intellectual work available so that it can be experienced for posterity.

Support can be applied for for documentation and public access to works by living Norwegian composers, for example for scores and voice writing, or photo, video, and/or written representation.

The fact that a work can be played without the composer being present ensures that the music lives on and is a source of joy for the entire community. The Norwegian Composers' Association, which is one of TONO's three group associations (NOPA and Musikkforleggerne are the other two), administers the scheme on behalf of the Arts Council of Norway.
