All Norwegian music publishers with a management contract with TONO can apply for the Music Publishers' grant schemes. The next application deadline is December 1, 2022.

The money is intended to stimulate the Norwegian music publishing community that works for Norwegian authors. The scholarship funds will be used for the benefit of Norwegian music publishers so that they consolidate and strengthen their position in cultural Norway.
All Norwegian music publishers that have a management contract with TONO can apply.
As of 2022, music publishers have four grant schemes with application deadlines of June 1 and December 1 each year.

The Music Publishers Association, the Norwegian Composers' Association and NOPA are TONO's three group associations. Their operations and application systems are partly financed by TONO's cultural funds.
