Do you write music together with songwriters and composers from, and residing in, other countries? Do you need to build an international network? Are you going to play concerts abroad? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should be aware of Music Norway's travel grant scheme.

Many of TONO's members have their eyes set on foreign countries. If you are one of them, you should be aware that there are schemes that may be of benefit to you. Music Norway's travel grant scheme is one such scheme.
This travel grant scheme will help professional (those who primarily make a living from their musical work) Norwegian performers and creators in all genres to participate actively in an international market. The purpose is to increase demand, market value and the network of Norwegian performers and creators internationally.
Applications can be made for travel, visa and accommodation expenses within the areas of concerts/tours, meetings and co-writes.
The scheme has four application deadlines during the year, based on when the projects start:
March 1 (for projects starting after the deadline)
June 1 (for projects starting after the deadline)
September 1 (for projects starting after the deadline)
December 1 (for projects starting after the deadline)
