/ 18/08/2021 / Kristian DugstadDuring Conductors' Week in Stavanger in August 2021, the Norwegian Composers' Association and the Norwegian Band Association launched a new information campaign with the message Join us and create living music history.
The goal is to make Norwegian choirs familiar with application schemes that can support commissioning of new music from Norwegian composers.
The campaign consists of three informational videos with conductor Cathrine Winnes and composer Helge Sunde, to show where and how to apply for support for new music and find new repertoire for bands. You can see the videos at the bottom of the article.

The Norwegian Composers' Association is one of three group associations represented on TONO's board and other committees and committees. The group associations are member organizations that work to improve the framework conditions for composers and lyricists in Norway, including through political influence.
