Most of the compensation funds were paid out with TONO's settlement in September. The remaining 1,6 million, which will be paid out now in December, concerns compensation for Covid-19-related loss of revenue from cinema films, revues and various non-program performance areas in 2020.
Cinema
Here, TONO has added compensation funds on top of the ordinary cinema settlement for 2020, but members must have had at least kr 250 in regular cinema billing. It is added to a reduction factor for cinema films that premiered before March 12, 2020. The reason is that it is assumed that such films have achieved a certain level of sales before the corona pandemic hit.
Review
The calculation for this area is based on the individual member's (who has performances in revues) average revue income for the years 2017-2020. Must have had at least kr 5000 on average for 2017-2019 or 2017-2020.
Programless
These are funds that would normally have been added to the NRK settlement, and this has now been added to the NRK settlement for 2020. The member must have had at least kr 5000 in ordinary NRK billing.
