Report Germany concerts now

Have you had concerts in Germany in 2025? We would like to remind you that all concerts must be registered in GEMA's online system no later than March 31 of the year following the performance. The deadline is final.

TONO performs this registration when we receive your music report via My TONO.

For concerts taking place in December, this means that the report must be submitted immediately after completion, so that the deadline can be met.

Important things to remember when reporting concerts in Germany

To ensure that registration is as quick and accurate as possible, please note the following:

Festivals: The festival's name can be listed as customer.
Other concerts: Please state whether you are a support or headliner. This information is filled in the Notes field.
Customer information: GEMA would like the name, address and preferably email address of the person responsible for the concert (customer). This is not mandatory, but highly desirable.
Venue information: It is important that both the name and address of the venue are provided.

The report should be registered with TONO no later than 29 March, even if the final deadline is 31 March.
