Allegations of irregularities in Tidal

Dagens Næringsliv has today published an article claiming that Tidal has manipulated the streaming figures of artists Kanye West and Beyonce. TONO has initiated work to investigate the matter further.

– It is important for TONO that we have neat and orderly relationships with all our customers. Every conceivable allegation of irregularities will therefore be something we look into more closely. We are also doing so with this case. We will raise this with Tidal, and we have also initiated work where we will look again at previously received reports from the service to see if we can find any deviations in line with the allegations that appear in the DN article, says TONO CEO, Cato Strøm.
