Update in terms for concert organizers

The requirement in section 1 ("permission before the event") has been changed to require that the application be received by TONO before the concert takes place - and not 7 days before as previously.

Section 3 ("Calculation of the fee") has been amended so that for concerts where both music managed by TONO and music not managed by TONO is played, the calculation basis (number of listeners and gross ticket revenue) will be reduced proportionally before the fee is determined according to TONO's tariff rates for concerts and events. Previously, this reduction was made after the fee had already been calculated based on ticket revenue and TONO's rates.

TONO's customers do not need to do anything new in connection with the changes.
