Ole Henrik Antonsen
Chairman, NOPA
Ole Henrik Antonsen has been chairman of TONO since the 2024 annual meeting. He is also chairman of NOPA, composer, lyricist and producer. He was associated with the studios Waterfall and NewClear Sound for many years, and has written music for Jan Werner, Maria Arredondo, Tone Damli, Lene Marlin, Shayne Ward, Jamie Scott, Mel C, Teddy Geiger and Gary Louris, as well as vignettes for TV. Antonsen has been an editor in Musikkpraksis and creates the podcast Bak spakene. Board member of ECSA (chair of the APCOE committee), chairman of the Rights Alliance, AU in the Music Industry Council and the Artists' Network, TONO's distribution committee, board experience from Phonofile and the Record Workers' Association. TONO member since 1994.
Mia Hallesby
Deputy Chairman, Music Publishers
Mia Hallesby is the deputy chair of TONO's board, as well as the chair of Musikkforleggerne. She has a background in both the music and film industries, and is the general manager of Norsk Musikforlag. She started in the music industry in 2015 and started her own music publishing company in 2017. Since then, the publishing house has grown into the independent music company GILT, which offers various types of artist services and consultation for film and TV. Hallesby is the new chair of Musikkforleggerne from spring 2023. In addition, she is involved in other boards and positions in the music industry.
Ida Otterstad

Ida Otterstad has been employed by TONO since 2017. She is a legal advisor in the legal department and also has several years of experience from TONO's Media Department. Ida graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo in 2006, with a specialisation in copyright. She has extensive work experience from, among others, the Norwegian Consumer Authority, BONO (collective management organisation for visual works) and the law firm Graasvold & Stenvaag. Ida has a big heart for music and is very committed to TONO being an organisation that creates value for everyone who creates and uses music.
Kristin Bolstad

Kristin Bolstad is a composer, vocalist and musician, with a broad field of work that ranges from contemporary music, experimental and cross-genre music, as well as improvisation. Her music has been performed by a number of leading ensembles and orchestras. Bolstad has broad experience from cultural policy work, application management and board work, through a number of positions in the Norwegian Composers' Association, the Composers' Remuneration Fund, VoxLAB, nyMusikk's composer group and as a former deputy member of TONO's board. She has also had part-time work in the administration of the Norwegian Arts Council (Kulturdirektoratet), where she worked with support schemes in the music field.
Francisca Aas Lonne
The music publishers
Francisca Aas Lønne is a lawyer and Head of Agency at the music publisher GILT. She specializes in copyright and has over ten years of experience in the music industry. In addition to working as a paralegal, she has been a legal advisor to both Norwegian and European industry organizations. She is a board member of Musikkforlaggerne and a member of Kopinor's distribution board.
Kristin Marie Skolem

Kristin Marie is one of Norway's biggest songwriters in K-pop, with several #1 hits in Korea. Including artists such as IVE, NMIXX, PENTAGON, Lyodra, Tiara Andini, Ha Sung Woon, Chuu, JAMIE, Corsak mf Her big breakthrough came in 2023 with IVE's I AM, which sold over 1,8 million copies and was named one of the best K-pop songs of the year by Billboard. She followed up with IVE's WOW in 2024, which passed 1 million physical sales in 48 hours. In 2025, she co-wrote NMIXX' Know About Me, which has sold over 800.000. In Norway, she has had great success with the Broiler hit OMG, winner of "Song of the Year" at the Energy Awards in 2022. She has also written songs for Norwegian artists such as Victoria Nadine, Synne Vo, Ruben, Matoma, Marcus & Martinus, Hagle and Staysman.
Henrik Petersheim

Henrik Petersheim is an economist with a strong interest in development, efficiency and value-creating analysis work. Since 2020, he has been part of TONO's finance function, and in 2025 he was elected as an employee representative on the board – a role he also held in the period 2021–2023. Petersheim has broad experience in financial management, accounting reporting and payroll administration, and has actively contributed to several key improvement processes in the organization. With a bachelor's degree in economics and administration and a varied background that encompasses both commercial responsibility and entrepreneurial initiatives, he combines analytical precision with a practical understanding of operations and organizational development.
Knut Olaf Sunde

Knut Olaf Sunde (b. 1976) is a composer and artistic researcher who works with conceptual and place-oriented music, time as material, music-based films and immersive musical situations. His PhD project Site Awareness In Music – recontextualizing a sensation of another place (NMH 2020) is an investigation of different ways in which context and place influence our perception and interpretation of music. He was nominated for the Spellemannsprisen 2018 for Vertigo Room and nominated for the Edvardprisen 2019 for Himdalen. He runs the record label MERE records and has been a trustee for, among others, the Norwegian Composers' Association, TONO's distribution committee and the Norwegian Composers' Fund.
Ida Carina Tengs

Ida Carina Tengs is a customer consultant and project employee in the marketing department at TONO, where she has been employed since 2014. She has a professional background in media studies from NTNU and project management in culture. Before joining TONO, Carina worked for several years with events and production, including at Hovefestivalen and Ravnedans. With broad experience within various customer areas and concert licensing, she has a particular commitment to creating good, effective processes and relationships.
Samsaya Sampda Sharma
NOPA
Samsaya Sampda Sharma (b. 1979) Composer, lyricist and artist. Runs the record label 3 Millimeter. Makes music in a landscape between hip hop, r&b and pop. Her album “Bombay Calling” was launched internationally with tours in the USA. The song “Dodge it” is featured in the Oscar-nominated and Golden Globe-winning film “The Wrestler”, and “Breaking Bad” in the Amanda-winning documentary “Light Fly, Fly High”. Strongly committed to the work for equality for all creators. Certified diversity leader, Keychange Ambassador, member of ECSA’s Diversity & Inclusion WG and leader of NOPA’s diversity work.
Halvard Rundberg
Independent
Halvard Rundberg is a musician and songwriter. He is a songwriter in the Tromsø band Violet Road and has previously been an active songwriter and musician with the punk rock band Turdus Musicus and the folk music band Julietnorth. He has also served on the Sami Parliament's Youth Policy Committee, and has been an indigenous representative in the Barents Regional Youth Council. Halvard is a trained teacher with a bachelor's degree in history and sociology from the University of Tromsø, and has been a member of TONO since 2006.
