On this page you can stay informed about TONO's process and work leading up to the extraordinary annual meeting on September 1. The goal is to provide better insight into the board's work and the process leading up to the extraordinary annual meeting.

  • The extraordinary annual meeting will be held physically at Sentralen in Øvre slottsgate in Oslo, and as a digital meeting for those who do not wish to or cannot attend physically. Doors open at 4:00 PM, and the meeting starts at 5:00 PM.
  • A formal invitation with case papers will be sent out on August 18th.
  • The deadline for submitting cases will be August 11th.

  • July 15: Have you remembered to save the dates? In addition to the annual meeting 1. September, TONO invites you to input meeting Thursday, August 6th. This is open to all members, regardless of voting rights. Meet the TONO board and give your input on how TONO should develop. You can participate physically in the TONO building or follow the meeting digitally. Read more.
  • July 2: TONO's chairman has written a comment on tono.no about the board's work in this process now.
  • June 30: Today, a very visible text has been added at the top of My TONO for members with voting rights, which states "You have voting rights in TONO and can participate in the annual meeting. September 1st.
  • June 29: The board has organized itself into two working groups to discuss proposed changes to the statutes. The first meetings were held on Monday, June 29.

 

  • June 25: Just an important message: Are you unsure whether you have the right to vote in TONO? Send an email to medlem@tono.no and ask. They can quickly tell you.

 

  • June 25: An email was sent to TONO's approximately 6,000 voting members with information about the extraordinary annual meeting and the overall process going forward. You can read the content of what was sent in this case on TONO-Nytt. It is important to note that the deadline for submitting items for the annual meeting is August 11, and that the paperwork will be sent out on August 18. The email is therefore not the actual notice.
