New web services

On December 19, TONO will be dramatically upgrading its members' pages at www.tono.no. The menu system has been greatly improved and 3 brand new services have been launched. The pages have also been made more secure by introducing encryption on all data that is sent. Below you will find an overview of what TONO's web services can offer our members.

Registering is easy. Find your membership number and social security number, click on in the Log In image. The information will be checked against our membership system. All data you enter is secured with SSL encryption.

Here you can search among millions of musical works registered with TONO. Search by title, name or a combination of these. If you use a first name in the search term, please note that until further notice it is necessary to insert an asterisk (*) after the first name. If you just write, for example, Knut, you will not find people with first names like Knut Ove etc.

Here you will get an overview of both notified and unnotified works in one list. When you see a work with the status , it means that you should notify this work as soon as possible. If the work has already been notified, but under a different title, you can send a message to , and we will make sure to clean up and move any performances and/or recordings to the correct work. By clicking on More information, you will get complete information about the work's copyright holders, share distribution, etc. Note that for published works, the distribution for the territory of Norway will be what is shown. If your work has been translated into, for example, Danish and is subpublished in Denmark, the distribution for Norway will rarely have any accounting significance.

All settlement vouchers from TONO that have been generated since 2001 are displayed here. The NCB vouchers will also be made available here shortly. Click on a settlement and you will see the voucher on the screen in standard PDF format. Save the voucher to your computer or print it out. In any case, vouchers for the last 5 years will always be available whenever you need them. Many people already know this online service, but now it has been made even easier. The fields Instrumentation and Application have been removed as they do not have settlement-related consequences. More and more members are choosing to report their works online.

Here you can update your address if you have moved. You can specify whether you want to be notified of new registered works by email or by letter. In connection with our transition to electronic settlement documents, you can also specify whether you still want to receive paper documents to your registered address.
