The first notification letter under the new system will be sent out at the beginning of July for works registered in the period 1 April 2006 – 30 June 2006.
The list of works contains works that you have reported yourself (code 1), works that have been reported by Norwegian co-authors (code 2), works that have been reported by Norwegian music publishers (code 3) and works that have been reported by foreign rights holders (code 4).
The works overview also contains titles that we cannot see have been reviewed. This replaces sending out completed review forms. Works that have not been reviewed must be reviewed as soon as possible so that you do not miss out on compensation. If you find works here that have already been reviewed, but under a different title, you must contact Verksdokumentasjon as soon as possible at or by phone at 22 05 72 90 .
The deadline for appealing weight group placement is 6 weeks from receipt of the notification letter.
