Music technology consultant and streaming expert, Vickie Nauman, and digital music researcher and associate professor at the University of Agder, Daniel Nordgård, are guests on Lage Musikk. They met with TONO podcast host, Torgny Amdam, during by:Larm 2019.
– I don't think it was until 2015 that all the traditional rights holders and investors really believed that music streaming was here to stay, says Vickie Nauman.
She and Nordgård emphasize how early in the digital music era we really are. Together with Amdam, they explore new trends such as smart speakers, customized playlists, artificial intelligence and much more.
