Herskedal is a guest on TONO's podcast, Musikkskaperne. He talks about how the music was created by twice leaving civilization and visiting snowy winter landscapes.
– My favorite sound is total silence. Closely followed by waves crashing against the shore. It sets certain standards for which sounds deserve the right to exist, when I'm there in total silence. It makes it quite peaceful and meditative, he says.
