Grammy-nominated producer and songwriter Andreas "Axident" Schuller is now inviting you to a songwriting camp in collaboration with Music Norway and TONO.

Are you determined to make it as a music producer, songwriter or artist? Now you have a unique opportunity to develop your ideas and talent at a five-day masterclass and songwriting camp with advice, lessons and professional input from Grammy-nominated producer and songwriter Andreas “Axident” Schuller.

The producer, originally from Drøbak, has spent the last 10 years working as a producer and songwriter in Los Angeles, where he has worked with people like Justin Bieber, Pitbull, Jessie J. and Jason Derulo. The latter's "Wiggle" climbed to number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. Now Schuller wants to give promising songwriters and producers an opportunity that he himself wished he had when he started creating music. Therefore, this songwriting camp is also aimed at those of you who have already gained some experience and are starting your career, but who have not yet had a hit or a breakthrough.

– I'm really looking forward to meeting the participants and working with their music. It will be both fun and educational, and will hopefully lay a foundation on which to build a solid music career, says Schuller.

Five days in September

The program will span five days at a cabin in scenic surroundings. The group will live and work together for these five days, and the bedrooms will be converted into makeshift studios where you will have the opportunity to develop already started material or create new ones. Schuller will circulate and provide personal feedback each day to all participants, in addition to a communal listening session each evening.

This is how you apply

The program is application-based, and there are a limited number of places. All applicants attach a Soundcloud link or similar to 1-3 music samples. Schuller will personally review all applications and listen to the music samples, and based on that, decide who will be allowed to participate.

Participants pay a deductible of 3000,- (food and accommodation are included in the deductible). The masterclass and songwriting camp will take place over five days in September 2018. Information about the date will come later. Application deadline is June 21st..
