An extraordinary annual meeting of TONO SA will be held on September 27 at 6:00 p.m. It will be possible to participate both physically and digitally.
/ 09/07/2021 / Kristian DugstadTONO's digital annual meeting on June 8 had to be canceled due to a technical error in connection with the registration of some proxies. It was therefore decided at the annual meeting that the consideration of two matters concerning proposed amendments to TONO's statutes and the election of representatives to TONO's board and other committees would be postponed to an extraordinary annual meeting. It has now been decided that this will be held on September 27th at 6:00 PM.
The meeting will be held both as a physical annual meeting at Sentralen in Oslo, but also digitally for those who do not wish to, or have the opportunity to, participate physically. You will have the same opportunities to vote, hold a proxy and make a presentation regardless of whether you participate physically or digitally. Since the annual meeting on June 8, TONO has entered into cooperation with new external suppliers to handle the technical and digital solutions.
Information about registration, access to annual meeting documents, etc. will, in line with TONO's articles of association, be sent to the shareholders by email no later than two weeks before the annual meeting.
