TONO and KS (Municipal Sector Organization) have negotiated a model agreement for the country's municipalities that clears music performances under the auspices of the municipalities.
Examples of musical performances covered by such an agreement are leisure and youth clubs, swimming and sports halls, sports fields, workplaces, nursing homes, libraries, kindergartens and schools.
Examples of musical performances that are not covered by the agreement are cinemas, concerts and the Internet.
