/ 24/06/2020 / Willy MartinsenTONO's annual meeting was held at Sentralen in Oslo on Wednesday, June 24. In line with TONO's statutes, four representatives and four deputy representatives were elected for two years to TONO's board. A new chairman and deputy chairman were also elected, as well as four representatives and four deputy representatives to TONO's scholarship committee.
TONO's statutes state that members and alternate members of TONO's board serve for two years. To ensure continuity in the board's work, the election periods overlap so that four board members are elected each year. TONO's annual meeting gave its consent to the recommendation made by TONO's election committee. Thus, TONO's new board looks as follows (the representatives in bold were up for election):
| Manager | Deputy representative | |
| NOPA | Tove Bøygard | Jon-Willy Rydningen (1st alternate) |
| Ole Henrik Antonsen (new) | Kate Havnevik (2nd alternate) (new) | |
| NKF | Stine Sorlie | Knut Olaf Sunde (1st alternate) |
| Jørgen Karlstrøm (re-election) | Gunhild Seim (2nd alternate) | |
| MF | Unni Boretti | Thomas Wettergren (1st substitute) (new) |
| Kai Robøle (re-election) | Tonje Hovde (2nd alternate) | |
| Uavh. | Stian Westerhus (re-election) | Halvard Rundberg (re-election) |
| Ine Kristine Hoem | Natali Garner Abrahamsen | |
| Employee rep. | Ida Otterstad | Lina Marie Langøien (1st substitute) |
| Håvard Offer-Ohlssen | Ingrid Elise Østgård (2nd alternate) | |
| Jonas Risting | Herman Foss (3rd alternate) | |
| Øystein Haugland (4th alternate) | ||
| Hege Dreyer Harstad (5th alternate) |
There were also elections for a new chairman and deputy chairman. Jørgen Karlstrøm from the Norwegian Composers' Association and Kai Robøle from Music Publishers were elected, respectively. Ingrid Kindem was also thanked as chairman as she is now leaving both the TONO and NOPA boards. She has served on the TONO board since 2014.
In line with TONO's statutes, TONO's scholarship committee was also elected by the annual meeting. Here too, the nomination committee's recommendation was accepted. The committee now consists of the following, where the representatives in bold were up for election:
| Manager | Items | |
