/ 03/01/2018 / Willy MartinsenTONO and the Norwegian Music Council have been in negotiations throughout the autumn of 2017, but have not yet reached an agreement on a new agreement. Negotiations are still ongoing, and we hope for a negotiated solution shortly.
As the old agreement between TONO and NMR expired on 31 December 2017, members of NMR must, until the parties have agreed on a new agreement, treat TONO as individual customers. This means that permission to hold a concert must be sought via TONO's customer form here on our website. We also ask that you clearly state which organization you are a member of, so that the application can be incorporated into, and possibly also deleted, when a new agreement is entered into between TONO and NMR with effect from 1 January 2018. If the negotiations do not progress, the applications will be processed in the ordinary manner.
