– What is the classic manager? Historically, there have been some "larger than life" managers with briefcases full of cocaine and dollars, right?

This is what host Torgny Amdam asks about TONO's podcast "Make Music".

– You have the classic Peter Grant for Led Zeppelin and Malcom McLaren for the Sex Pistols, who are the clichés of what a manager is. But today they are mostly showered with Excel sheets, Vegard Waske answers.

The former drummer runs Mandelbaum Management, which represents, among others, world star and TONO member Magnus Høiberg, known as Cashmere Cat.

In this year's final episode of the TONO podcast, Waske talks about the modern manager role. Visa hassles, application writing, small talk, accounting and psychology are some of the key words for the conversation.

You can find the episode on Spotify, iTunes and wherever you listen to podcasts.
