The Supreme Court has today announced that Riks TV's appeal in a legal dispute with TONO has been rejected. Thus, TONO has won the case in all legal instances.
/ 28/11/2018 / Willy Martinsen– We are grateful and relieved by the Supreme Court's decision in a fundamentally very important case. This is an important day for TONO and for our rights holders. We have not yet received the premises for the judgment, and will therefore wait to comment further until they have been received and analyzed, says TONO CEO, Cato Strøm.
