As a result of infection control restrictions, many customer premises, restaurants and other businesses have been closed. TONO encourages anyone with questions regarding the invoice or the contractual relationship to contact us by email at marked@tono.no.
– We know that this is a tough time for many of TONO's customers. At the same time, it is also very difficult for TONO's members, says Tommy Tangløkken, Marketing Director at TONO.
TONO is a cooperative and a non-profit company. The company is owned and managed by its members, and the money paid to TONO is settled and paid out to composers, lyricists and music publishers.
The vast majority of TONO's customers receive their invoices digitally. Either via EHF or by email. However, approximately ten percent are still sent by post.
– It is our goal to move as many of our mailings as possible to digital platforms during 2021. We encourage everyone who receives an invoice from TONO on paper to contact us. All inquiries regarding contractual conditions and invoices must be made in writing, says Tangløkken.
