Several errors in Finansavisen's review of TONO - we are following up

Finansavisen has published an article about TONO titled «TONO is emptying out super artists – running a shop within a shop».

We have no objections to the media reporting TONO critically. However, we must point out when representations and facts are incorrect.

We strongly object to the fact that the article contains several errors and misunderstandings. TONO has previously answered a number of questions, but the case also contains allegations that TONO has not been presented with, and has not had the opportunity to comment on. There are factual errors in information, including under the heading "These have left TONO".

Finansavisen also quotes CEO Karl Vestli, who has not commented to the newspaper. It is Communications Director Willy Martinsen who has been TONO's contact person in the matter and who has provided answers to the questions.

We are now working on a thorough review of the case and will return with a more complete report.
