When streaming a concert live, a synchronization license from TONO is not required. When streaming a concert simultaneously and silently (with no subsequent availability), neither a temporary nor permanent copy of the production is created, therefore there will be no synchronization license associated with such a license. However, the performance license must be cleared with TONO's Online Media department.
