What services/medium can a business or organization use to play music for customers or guests?

The TONO agreement gives customers complete freedom to play whatever they want – radio, streaming services, TV, CDs and so on. If you are considering purchasing a streaming service for businesses, we recommend checking that the service actually allows the company to play whatever it wants, including the well-known music that you hear on the radio from, say, the 1950s to the present day. Not all services offer this. Remember that people tend to prefer music that they already have a relationship with – this also applies if you want to use music to attract customers to the store or if you want to play music for your employees.
