Today at 18:00, an extraordinary annual meeting will be held in the cooperative TONO SA. Cooperative members can participate both digitally and physically at Sentralen in Oslo.
/ 27/09/2021 / Kristian DugstadTONO's extraordinary annual meeting will be held at Sentralen today, September 27 at 6:00 PM, and will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. Shareholders can participate physically and digitally. The doors at Sentralen in Oslo will open at 5:15 PM.
We ask that all shareholders log in to the digital annual meeting platform and register whether they will participate physically or digitally, for the sake of the practical implementation of the meeting.
Registration is done in the annual meeting portal here: https://tono.meetando.no/
In the annual meeting portal, you can follow the meeting digitally, view documents, ask to speak and vote in elections. We would like to point out that, also in the physical meeting at Sentralen, mustn't Mobile phones are used to put themselves on the speakers' list and to participate in voting.
Annual Meeting participants who will be carrying a proxy on behalf of a shareholder, but who are not themselves shareholders, must register as a guest on the Annual Meeting portal. This must be done before the shareholder can search for the person and give their proxy.
The invitation sent out contains information on how to register, how to delegate authority, how to use the service, as well as case documents.
