Cecilie Ore, Sigurd Fischer Olsen and Øyvind Torvund are the nominees for the 2017 EDVARD Prize in the Contemporary category.

The EDVARD jury has also decided this year to nominate three authors in each of the five EDVARD categories Contemporary, Text, Open Class, Popular and Challenger. The winners in the various categories will be announced in the fall of 2017. Here are the nominees in the Contemporary category:
