She is educated at Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and Theatre.
She playfully switches between new drama and classics, she dubs cartoons, and made a big impression in NRK's Stjernekamp in 2015. She has played a long line of major musical roles such as the witch in Sondheim's Into the Woods, Donna in Mamma Mia or Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady.
Naturally, the conversation is also characterized by musicals.
– I have an experience of standing there doing the dishes and trying to sing the long note that Elaine Paige sings in Nobys from Chess, and never being able to do it. I must have been tiny then. That was before the dishwasher, she says.
