The Music Publishers Awards were held for the tenth time on Wednesday. Fay Wildhagen, Matias Téllez, Gisle Kverndokk were among the evening's winners.
/ 13/03/2025 / Kristian DugstadOn Wednesday, March 12, an awards ceremony was held at the Embassy in Oslo as the anniversary edition of the Music Publishers Award was held. For ten years, the Music Publishers Award has honored Norwegian music publishers and their authors who are members of TONO, for their work and results in the past year.
Awards were presented in eight categories as well as an honorary award.
The latter was awarded to Åge Aleksandersen. Among the songwriters and composers who could take home awards were Fay Wildhagen, Matias Téllez, Gisle Kverndokk and author Roy Jacobsen. In addition, renowned names such as Kristoffer Lo, Hilde Skaar and Øyvind Torvund were among the authors who received awards for their work.
