Live: TONO in the Storting hearing on the new Act on collective management

Cato Strøm speaks in the Storting today. TONO's CEO participates in the hearing on the new law on collective management of copyright.

At 10:16 AM, TONO's CEO, Cato Strøm, will participate in an open video conference hearing about Prop. 53 L (2020-2021) Act on collective management of copyright etc.

The hearing can be followed live on The Storting's Online TV

The bill follows an EU decision to regulate collective management organisations for copyright in musical works. The directive is implemented in the EEA Agreement and thus Norwegian law.
